Records & Events

Over the next few years Project 7 Racing will attempt to break a number of records that have not been broken for over half a century - and there is a very good reason for that - the times that have been set are not easy to break. And if that is not enough the team will also be riding the Tandem at a number of the very best sportive rides around, just for fun you understand.

Side to Side

The latest record to be added by the RRA is the Side to Side; Pembroke to Great Yarmouth - 380 miles across the widest part Britain.

12hr Record

How many more miles can be gained? The last Record attempt was in 1960. A standard of 279.375 miles set by Ray & Brook.

London to Paris

The L2P is now known as “THE professional cycling event for amateur cyclists”. With 350 riders, it is the closest the amateur rider can get to the Tour de France experience.

Liverpool to Edinburgh

Project 7 Racing will have to beat 8hrs 50mins for 200 miles to take this one, finishing in Scotland's capital city.

Verenti Dragon Ride

VDR - The Verenti Dragon Ride Wales - The UK's Premier Cyclosportive, 190Km with over 3000m of climbing. Sunday 6th June 2010

End to End

End to End - the one that everybody would love to have their name against in the record book. Land's End to John O'Groats - 835 miles of pain and suffering.
